With two locations fully equipped to carry out Hydraulic Cylinder Repairs in Perth and Kalgoorlie, including our in house Hard Chrome Plating facilities, Callcott & Downey are a “One Stop Shop”. Everything we do is completed to OEM standard, so you can be confident knowing that your component will be repaired to the highest standard.

We carry a wide range of “Service Exchange” components to keep your machinery going.

We are much more than just a hydraulic cylinder repairer. We are also available to help you reverse engineer cylinders and other mechanical components with a view to extending service life and reducing cost.

We can repair truck suspensions, single and multistage Hydraulic Hoist Cylinders and Pneumatic Cylinders. Some of our regular repairs are carried out on Caterpillar, Elphinstone, Hitachi, Komatsu, Liebherr, Sandvik, Tamrock, Toro and Unit Rig/Terex components.

  • I would like to extend my thanks to the crew that rebuilt our two container fork cylinders over the weekend. It is always a bit scary making a call on Friday afternoons for an urgent job but the response was superb.
